Tracie has 16 years of experience as an internal and external consultant to organizations ranging from large global institutions to small non-profits.She has proven expertise in helping leaders and managers understand their workforce needs and challenges and create strategies that improve employee performance.In her most recent internal role within a corporate university, Tracie led, developed and delivered numerous programs and processes that supported the organization’s asset growth, talent engagement and retention, and manager/leadership development strategies.In addition to her consulting work, Tracie has developed and facilitated hundreds of training workshops, focusing on performance improvement, managerial and interpersonal effectiveness, building strong teams, increasing customer satisfaction and understanding the needs of today’s diverse workforce.

Tracie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Education from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College.She has completed professional studies in organization development with National Training Labs and The Cape Cod Institute, and holds certifications from Corporate Coach University, Achieve Global, and DDI.Tracie is a member of the Southern CT chapter of ASTD, and plays a number of volunteer roles within her faith community.She resides in Trumbull, Connecticut with her husband Kris and their children, Emily and Justin.
